More and more people from the Netherlands buy their tiles, vinyl floor or bathroom just across the German border. Our showroom is in Itterbeck, right behind the border near Hardenberg. You are helped in Dutch, English or German, you see everything for real and tiles are generally more affordable in Germany.

Tiles are, on the whole, cheaper in Germany than in the Netherlands. How much depends on the collection and size; in the showroom or in your quote you see the price straight away.
Straight from Italy
We import our tiles ourselves from Italy. Brands such as Flaviker, Cercom, Serenissima and Sichenia are on display in the showroom.
Your language
The address is German, but behind the counter we speak Dutch, German and English. On the phone, on WhatsApp and in the showroom.
Closer than you think
From Hardenberg it is a fifteen-minute drive, from Coevorden twenty minutes and from Emmen, Almelo and Ommen about half an hour. Free parking at the door.
Everything for real
Tiles, vinyl floors and bathroom displays are set up for you to see and feel. You can often take a sample home, so you decide at your ease.

Visit us in Itterbeck. For tiles and vinyl floors you can simply walk in; for a bathroom, book an appointment so we can take our time. Everything is set up to see and feel, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Advice and quote
We work out together what you need and prepare a clear quote. For a bathroom we draw up a custom design based on your floor plan.

Delivery or collection
Italian tiles have a delivery time of roughly 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the collection. Delivery to the Netherlands or collection in Itterbeck is arranged when you order.

Your own contractor fits it
We design and supply; laying and fitting is done by your own contractor. No installer? We work with a trusted, experienced floor layer we are happy to recommend.
Driving time from Twente, Drenthe and the Vecht valley
Our showroom is at Strieper Diek 1 in Itterbeck (Grafschaft Bentheim), right behind the border near Hardenberg. From Twente, Drenthe and the Vecht valley you are here within an hour. Pick your town for the route and the driving time.
Warranty and returns, also when you buy in Germany
Manufacturer’s warranty, we handle it
Everything we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty. If something is wrong, you come to us, wherever you live: we take it up with the manufacturer. You have one point of contact and we usually get back to you within one working day.
Inspection and returns
Check your delivery for visible damage as soon as it arrives and report it immediately. Stock items can be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Specially ordered items, products without their original packaging and products that have already been fitted cannot be returned.

Yes. Delivery to the Netherlands or collection in Itterbeck is arranged when you order, so it fits the schedule of your contractor.
What is the delivery time for tiles? +
We import our tiles directly from Italy, so expect a delivery time of about 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the collection and availability.
Do you install the bathroom or lay the floor? +
No. We take care of the design and supply all the materials; installation is done by your own contractor. For floors we work with a trusted, experienced floor layer we are happy to recommend.
Can I return something if it does not suit after all? +
Stock items can be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Specially ordered items, such as tiles we order specifically for you, products without their original packaging and products that have already been fitted cannot be returned. So feel free to take a sample home before you order.
Do I need an appointment? +
For tiles and vinyl floors you are always welcome to walk in during opening hours. For a bathroom we work by appointment, so we can take our time for you. Open Tuesday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 and Saturday 9:00 to 16:00.
